2019 Run Club

Winter Run Club is plugging through the rough weather and we're really starting to loo forward to Spring.  So for athletes who sign up for the Spring session of our legendary program before February 22nd will receive the remainder of the Winter session for FREE!  This is a great opportunity to test out all the things we have to offer and see how great the program is.  Reach out to Sara (sarajfix@hotmail.com) or Erik (endureiterik@gmail.om) to sign up!!

I'm not quite sure how (although, I have a few ideas), but every year the Endure It! Run Club gets better and better!  This time around is no different.  Coached by the legendary Captain Fun (Head Coach Sara Fix) the Endure It! Run Club is designed to make you a faster, more efficient, and less injured runner from head to toe. 

This year we are excited to offer Run Club sessions at our Naperville location as well as Northwestern and WEST Superior Training to make sure every athlete has the ability to take advantage of the the best run and strength workouts in all the land.

The Endure It! Sports Run Club is a progressive program designed to build and develop a runners "run portfolio" by focusing on strength, speed, and conditioning.  Every session is purpose driven and coached by our experienced and certified coaches.

We will also be adding a Masters Swim group option on Monday mornings, Friday mornings, and Saturday afternoons at no additional charge

MONDAY:  Total Body Running - 5:15am WEST Superior Training

MONDAY: Masters Swim Session - 6:30am WEST Superior Training

  •  Plyometrics, drills, core work, etc. will be build into the run to help with strength, body awareness, form, and injury prevention.  Think less mileage more strength and form work.

TUESDAY:  Total Body Running - 5:00am Endure It! Naperville

  •  Plyometrics, drills, core work, etc. will be build into the run to help with strength, body awareness, form, and injury prevention.  Think less mileage more strength and form work.

WEDNESDAY:  Track - 5:15am Hinsdale Central Track

WEDNESDAY: Strength, Stability, and Mobility - 6:15pm NorthWestern

  • It's all there in the name SPEED WORK - get faster by running faster!

  • In the evening will work one our strength, stability and mobility with the one and only Jim Bietzl at the performance sports facility at Northwestern (27650 Ferry Rd. Warrenville, IL 60555)

THURSDAY:  Effort Run - 5:00am Endure It! Sports Naperville

  • This is where we really start to put the work on the pavement.  We'll focus on developing different "gears" by working with different paces within a longer run.

 

FRIDAY:  STRENGTH - 5:15am WEST Superior Training

FRIDAY: Masters Swim Session - 6:30am WEST Superior Training

  • One of the most important thing for every running is to incorporate strength training into their training plan.  Led by Lee at WEST Superior Training, will work on run specific power and strength workouts to make to faster AND stronger

 

SATURDAY: Masters Swim Session - 1:30am WEST Superior Training

SUNDAY: Long Run - 7:00am Rotating Locations

SUNDAY: Masters Swim Session - 10:00am WEST Superior Training
