Sara has achieved many personal goals in the sport of triathlon! The success and failures have proved to be equally rewarding! The breath of knowledge through personal experience, her marriage to David, being a career athlete and all the training camps and programs have provided her with the skills to truly help athletes find the reward in triathlon!

Sara's greatest achievements to date in the sport of triathlon have to be the success of watching the athletes she coaches go on to do amazing things. Her love is sharing in and facilitating peoples growth and passion in triathlon or (swim, bike, run).
